Youll be at the heart of our Commercial organizationoptimizing systems, delivering powerful analytics, and partnering across teams to fuel our next level of success.Bring your passion for data, innovation, and collaborationlets build something extraordinary together!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Performance, Reporting & InsightsDevelop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports tracking key KPIs (revenue, margin %, pipeline health, win/loss, quota attainment, territory growth, rep productivity).Analyze sales trends, product mix, territory performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.Deliver actionable insights that support revenue growth, margin improvement, and pipeline optimization.Provide clear data storytelling to tie metrics to business strategy and support Quarterly Business Reviews.Support pricing discipline and product mix strategies with analytics and recommendations.Provide analytics that support compensation modelling, sales incentives, and profitability.Identify new and emerging markets for Sales to prospect.Forecasting, Planning & Scenario ModelingDevelop predictive models to evaluate seasonality, demand trends, and margin risk factors.Support quota-setting, territory optimization, and coverage modeling.Build scenario models for strategic initiatives (product launches, pricing adjustments, market expansion).Provide variance analysis to strengthen annual and quarterly sales planning.Improve forecast accuracy through data cleansing, CRM governance, and analytics support.ERP, CRM & Systems IntegrationMaintain and enhance ERP (Epicor) reporting and integration with CRM and other business systems.Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.Support CRM configuration, data governance, and pipeline reporting.Improve data flow between systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools, finance systems).Troubleshoot system issues and provide cross-functional support to ensure uptime and data integrity.Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify inefficiencies and design automation solutions that increase speed and accuracy.Standardize and improve workflows across Sales, Finance, and Operations.Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with EZ STAKs growth objectives.Promote the adoption of new reporting tools, BI features, and CRM capabilities.Business Partnering & Cross-Functional SupportWork closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT to understand business requirements and deliver meaningful solutions.Provide technical training and documentation for system enhancements, CRM workflows, and reporting tools.Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and strategic initiatives across the organization.KEY COMPETENCIES Analytical Thinking & Pattern Recognition Distills complex data into clear insights and identifies trends.Technical Acumen Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems, data structures, BI tools, and integration concepts.Advanced Excel & BI Skills Capable of building models, dashboards, and automated analyses.Problem Solving & Resourcefulness Designs solutions and resolves issues with minimal supervision.Communication & Storytelling Translates data into insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.Collaboration & Business Partnering Works effectively with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT.Project Management Manages analytics projects, system improvements, and reporting enhancements.Change Management Helps teams adopt new processes, tools, and reporting standards.POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education & ExperienceBachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, MIS, Accounting, IT, Social Sciences or related discipline.36 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.Skills & KnowledgeStrong working knowledge of with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and CRM analytics (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and revenue analysis.Proven ability to deliver executive-level presentations and translate data into business decisions.Experience improving processes, automating workflows, and implementing scalable reporting solutions.EZ STAK CORE VALUESIntegrity: We always do whats right.Respect: We believe people and property matter.Teamwork: We pull together to win.Optimism: We persevere with enthusiasm.Curiosity: We are hungry to learn, improve and succeed.WHY JOIN US:The opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.A vibrant, collaborative and innovative work environment.A competitive total remuneration package.Ample career growth and development opportunities.
