Kelly is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of 10+ Recruiters supporting a fast-paced, high-volume BPO program. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at coaching teams, driving performance, and delivering rapid, high-quality hiring results. Role Responsibilities - Manage, mentor, and develop a recruiting team of 10+ in a demanding, fast-paced environment. - Support the team with hands-on guidance to ensure they meet daily/weekly hiring targets. - Drive high-volume sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines and talent communities. - Ensure fast turnaround times by optimizing workflows and removing bottlenecks. - Monitor KPIs, provide performance feedback, and implement improvements as needed. - Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, and client stakeholders to align hiring with business needs. - Use market insights to adjust strategies and stay ahead of hiring challenges. Qualifications & Experience - 7+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven success managing a recruiting team of 10+ in a high-volume or BPO environment. - Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills. - Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and speed. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools.
