This role involves managing end-to-end project activities for solutions such as crew management, flight operations, and planning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software delivery, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of airline operational processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage full project lifecycle for airline operations software implementations, from initiation through closureDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scopeEngage with airline customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and align deliverables with business objectivesOversee system integrations, including crew management systems and other operational softwareLead project communication efforts, preparing status reports and facilitating stakeholder meetingsIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolutionCoordinate with internal teams (Product, Development, Support) and external partners to ensure successful project executionContribute to RFI/RFP processes, including proposal development and customer presentationsSupport change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by customer organizationsMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project engagementStay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to airline operationsRequirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferredMinimum 7 years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects, ideally in airline operations or aviation softwareFamiliarity with airline operational domains such as crew scheduling, flight operations, or planning systemsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective communicator with experience working with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teamsProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and related softwareAbility to travel as needed for project activities and customer engagements
