We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our field teams and ensure our operations run efficiently.Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing electrical materials, tools, and equipment. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role plays a key part in keeping our job sites supplied and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, materials, and equipment.Pick, prepare, and stage job-specific material orders for field crews, organized by hall or work area.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all company safety policies and procedures.Track inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and notify management of shortages or required replenishment.Assist with tool management, including repairs, check-ins, and check-outs.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).Coordinate with project managers and site supervision to ensure timely deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks and staging materials on-site.Maintain awareness of handling and staging needs for owner-supplied equipment.QualificationsPrevious warehouse or material handling experience (construction/electrical preferred)Familiarity with electrical materials is an asset (training can be provided)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailReliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentValid drivers licence and clean driving recordForklift certification an assetProficient in Microsoft Office and digital toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly wageComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for training and career advancementSupportive team culture and a stable, growing companyOvertime opportunities depending on workloadHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] with the subject line Warehouse Associate [Your Name].
