Role Description Career as a US Business Immigration Analyst / Law Clerk, helping multinational clients with strategic US immigration services. Work as part of a dynamic team of attorneys and analysts in a fastpaced environment. Under attorney supervision, manage the endtoend process of US employmentbased visas, petitions, and benefits for global organizations and their talent. Key Responsibilities Prepare and draft US employmentbased immigration petitions, including PERM and adjustment of status filings. Respond to client questions and support attorneys in client meetings. Stay current with US immigration laws, policies, and procedural developments. Utilize innovative tools and automation to enhance efficiency and the client experience. Engage in ongoing selfdevelopment and apply feedback for continuous growth. Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all work products. Apply critical thinking and datadriven insights in casework and client communications. Communicate clearly, professionally, and with adaptability to build strong relationships. Demonstrate integrity and uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in US employmentbased immigration. Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred. Strong interest in technology, automation and digital upskilling. Additional Information Regular/Full Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid and remote options available, depending on candidate location and business needs. Compensation Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000. Compensation is determined based on geographic location, years of relevant experience, level of education, and overall qualifications.
