Were looking for a DTC Data & Performance Analyst to support our CRO and A/B testing team across multiple brands.You dont need to be a full-stack data scientist.You dont need to build complicated BI systems.But you must be confident working with data, extracting insights, spotting bottlenecks, and turning numbers into clear, meaningful direction for the team.Youll support performance analysis, A/B testing, reporting, and insight generation working closely with the CRO strategist, project manager, creative team, Shopify/Replo specialist, and developer to make sure every decision is backed by clean, accurate data.This is the person who keeps our numbers sharp, our decisions informed, and ensures we always know whats working, whats breaking, and what needs to happen next.About the Role:As a DTC Data & Performance Analyst, you will support our CRO and experimentation team with:- clean reporting- insightful analysis- bottleneck identification- prioritization recommendations- high-leverage thinking- performance diagnosis- and helping guide what we test nextYou will work inside:- Shopify Analytics- ReCharge- ReBuy- GA4- Intelligems- Meta Ads Manager (light)- Spreadsheets (heavy)- Notion dashboardsYour job is simple: Turn data into clarity, clarity into insights, and insights into revenue.This is a remote, part-time contractor role with potential to expand.What You Will Do:Performance Reporting & Data StructuringBuild clean, accurate weekly/monthly reportsPull key metrics (CVR, AOV, RPV, CTR, sessions, revenue, LTV, etc.)Organize raw data into clear dashboardsMaintain a hierarchy of data (signal > noise)Ensure consistency across Shopify, GA4, Meta, KlaviyoCRO & A/B Test AnalysisMonitor A/B tests in IntelligemsCheck significance, accuracy, and variant logicSummarize results into clear insights + recommended next stepsSupport CRO Strategists with data for new hypothesesVerify tests arent broken and data is flowing correctlyBottleneck Analysis & High-Leverage Thinking:This is the heart of your role.You will:Identify where performance breaks (landing page PDP cart checkout LTV)Prioritize bottlenecks based on impactFind the highest-leverage opportunities fastFlag issues proactively (e.g., Cart CVR down due to X change)Recommend simple, actionable fixesHighlight what matters most from all available dataYour job is to find the 20% that drives the 80%.Tools, Apps & Revenue Systems (ReCharge ReBuy etc.):Use ReCharge for subscription insights (churn, retention, cohort shifts)Use ReBuy for upsell performance, blended AOV, optimization pointsIdentify breakdowns in these systems that affect RPVExtract insights from app dashboards to support CRO projectsData QA & Integrity:Double-check every number before it goes anywhereSpot inconsistencies and fix them earlyFlag problems in tracking, UTMs, or attributionKeep reporting systems clean and reliableRequirements for the Role:Technical Skills:- Strong analytics background in eCommerce/DTC- Deep experience with:- Shopify Analytics- GA4- Spreadsheets (Pivot tables, formulas, cleaning, manipulation)- ReCharge (metrics, reports, churn/LTV logic)- ReBuy (upsell + AOV insights)- Basic Meta Ads understanding- Ability to interpret key DTC metrics- Comfortable learning Intelligems for A/B testingAnalytical Skills:- Understand hierarchy of data (what matters what doesnt)- Strong bottleneck detection ability- Able to turn data into insights, not summaries- Able to turn insights into actions- Understand high-leverage thinking (impact vs noise)- Can synthesize complex data into simple narrativesSoft Skills:- Meticulous attention to detail- Fact-driven, no assumptions- Clear communicator- Proactive- Organized & structured- Fast learner- Loves finding patternsWho You Are:Youre the kind of person who:Loves numbers, patterns, and dashboardsCan simplify complexityCan look at data and immediately spot somethings offUnderstands that datas purpose is decision-making, not pretty chartsIs obsessed with accuracyWants to influence revenue, not just report on itThinks in leverage, not volumeEnjoys helping shape tests, offers, and funnels through dataWhat You Will Get:Fully remoteDirect impact on funnels, pages, offers, and revenueClear exposure to high-level CROA seat at the table for strategic decisionsOpportunity to grow into Senior Analyst or CRO Insights Lead
