Incoming Directors are seasoned executive and board leaders with the ability to provide oversight, assess key business and growth opportunities while balancing risks and meaningfully contribute by helping amplify and scale Central 1s payments and treasury capabilities and value to ensure that it remains a thriving and growing national payments and treasury business.Central 1 Directors are current and past CEOs, senior executives and board leaders that have experience leading and navigating complex, highly regulated businesses at scale, have financial expertise in payments, clearing and settlement, treasury and liquidity management as well as expertise in enterprise risk management, legal and regulatory, human resources and executive compensation, and technology expertise including cyber security and AI. Business transformation and innovation, operational excellence and client-focused delivery experience at scale, M&A, and public company financial reporting experience are all valuable assets for the Central 1 Directors.
