As our Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be responsible for the day-to-day and strategic support of the Chief Executive Officer and key contributors to Jarvis. Job Responsibilities:Manage the calendar and inbox of our CEO, including booking meetings, making travel arrangements, etc. Partner with departments across the organization to deliver comprehensive cross-functional support to the CEO.Be a strategic partner to the CEO by building relationships with client EAs, working with urgency to secure meetings for executivesSupport executive team with administrative tasks such as expenses, accounts receivable, receipts, document preparation, etc. Work in person with CEO to discuss strategy, attend client meetings, charitable events, etc. What You Bring:Proven years of experience working with senior executives in mid to large-sized organizations Detail-oriented individual with a track record of strong organizational skills and thoroughnessExcellent verbal and written communication skills Proven tech-savviness, adopter and lover of technology, experience working with the G-SuiteAbility to anticipate the needs of executives and take initiative, understanding ambiguity Professional approach, especially when dealing with confidential informationPeople-first approach with the ability to support the team in-office 4-5 days a weekNice-to-haves:Experience in event planning, people experience, and employee onboarding Verbal and written communication skills in French What We Offer:Professional development and opportunity to grow your roleCasual dress code (when not conducting in-person meetings)Employee appreciation events, perks Flexible time off, RRSP, and Comprehensive BenefitsConvenient downtown Toronto location minutes from transitA dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for growth and advancementA flat organizational structure in which your voice is heard and your perspective is valuedHighly competitive compensation What Keeps Us Here?
