We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Finance Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex, strategic, cross-functional initiatives spanning joint ventures, capital markets, monetization, mergers, and divestitures. This role requires exceptional project leadership skills combined with a strong finance/accounting background.The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-driven professional experienced in managing high-visibility finance programs within corporate development environments.Qualifications10+ years of project management experience in corporate development, capital markets, or related finance environmentsCPA or equivalent accounting qualification strongly preferredProven success leading projects in joint ventures, monetization, capital markets, and divestitures requiredStrong financial and accounting knowledge with prior hands-on experience in finance or operationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, legal and tax teams, consultants)Expertise with project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira)Exceptional organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilityProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) required
