This is a great opportunity to deepen your experience supporting executive leadership while contributing to meaningful national initiatives.Essential FunctionsOrganize and prep various types of incoming mail (e.g., claims, payment notices).Scan documents into Operating and Workflow systems.Record and log mail information in Excel spreadsheets.Prepare outgoing mail (US and Canadian) and ensure readiness for pick-up.Manage and maintain warehouse duties, including delivery receipts and record retention.Process customer requests and maintain correspondence logs.Assist in training new team members.QualificationsExperience for 1-2 years in related field preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Partner with AltisIf youve never worked with a staffing agency before, dont worry, we make it easy.
