As part of our growth in Americas, we have a number of projects and initiatives starting and requiring senior leadership to be delivered and to execute our long term growth strategy in the region.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for running Canada presales and delivery covering our Trading and Risk solutionsProject Management, Technology Consulting, Software integration and OutsourcingCapital Markets and packaged software Murex, Adenza, Finastra and OrchestradeResponsible for margin and revenue targets for the Offerings scopeDevelop C-level relationships with clients and partnersProactively identify opportunities and position DXC Luxoft services catalogueWork closely with sales teams to prepare and present service offersWork closely with delivery teams to provide relevant expertise to clients and ensure high quality deliveryHandling and resolution of escalations, both from clients and from Delivery Management team,Addressing talent acquisition, people and project allocation issuesMotivation, retention and competence development of subordinated Delivery Management team,Collaborative work of Delivery Management team with operational and admin supportRegional travels to be planned as neededInstalling the processes discipline, owns and drives mitigation of process risks & deviations, sets up and implements operating policies and procedures across all subordinated programs and Delivery Management teamRequirements10+ years experience with minimum 3 years experience in AmericasExtensive experience of Capital Markets Platform (Murex, Calypso, Kondor, Orchestrade)Established network with c-levels, heads of IT, heads of business, at banks in North America and / or LATAMSolid Software Integration background with successful end to end projects deliveryStrong background in Business Analysis, Project Management or Management ConsultingStrong background in Front Office / Risk Treasury Capital MarketsStrong background in delivering Capital Markets IT projectsGood Communicator in English - written and oralExcellent client facingWillingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals.Proven leadership and ability to drive
