Seeking a Sr QA Analyst to support a major HCM Modernization Program and the implementation of a cloud-based Dayforce HCM solution. You will lead testing for integrations, data conversions, and module enablement across HR Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Performance, Learning, and Compensation.Submission Deadline: Tue noon (12pm), December 16thDuration: 1 year CONTRACTLocation: Calgary (hybrid/ must be Calgary local)Interview: availability for in-person interview on Dec 19 or 22QualificationsExperience in QA for large-scale HCM/ERP/cloud transformation projects.Strong knowledge of systems integration, data conversion, and end-to-end, performance, security, and data-integrity testing.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.Familiarity with automation tools and QA reporting dashboards (asset).Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Understanding of regulatory, security, and data-privacy requirements for HCM systems.Experience with Dayforce or similar HCM platforms (nice to have)Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) (nice to have)DeliverablesAlign QA activities with project plans and workback schedules.Coordinate with integration owners, technical teams, and third-party vendors to validate integration points.Ensure clear ownership for integrations and timely issue resolution.Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and data-privacy standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test plans for integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end HCM modules.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, IT, and vendors to validate functional, technical, integration, and compliance requirements.Conduct performance, security, and data-integrity testing to ensure system reliability and regulatory compliance.Track and document test results, defects, and remediation actions; maintain strong requirement-to-test traceability.Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, post-launch validation, and environment/data readiness.Use QA tools and automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and reporting accuracy.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; contribute to RAID log management.Support continuous improvement of QA processes and integration testing practices.
