With a major four year project underway on the east side of the GTA, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be based on-site in Pickering, Ontario and oversee all aspects of project delivery. Youll work closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating RFIs and change orders, and leading meetings with stakeholders. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards, monitor quality control, and manage closeout activities such as commissioning and turnover.What youll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience managing full-cycle ICI construction projects, with a proven track record on builds ranging from $2M to $50M+. A strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and contract structures is essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
