Our Client, a premium property in the heart of Niagaras, is searching for an Executive Chef to lead the launch of a refined food and wine experience. This is a rare opportunity to build a culinary program from the ground up, working within a stunning new property that includes an tasting rooms, private dining spaces, and a full-scale event venue for up to 200 guests.The ideal candidate brings a strong fine dining background, has a deep understanding of wine and food pairing, and is comfortable in a guest-facing, open kitchen environment. You will oversee two kitchens, manage high-end events, curate tasting bites, and create a seasonal menu with Italian influence that complements a small portfolio of estate wines.We are looking for someone with previous executive chef experience who can balance creativity with strong business skills. Experience managing premium, high-volume events, hiring and developing teams, and maintaining cost controls is essential.
