Job Description

Role OverviewThe OCM Lead will be responsible for driving the people, process, and training aspects of the program using a structured, methodical, and documentation-focused approach. This role will partner closely with clients Program Director and COO to ensure smooth adoption of change within a large, distributed, and high-impact workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall change management strategy following the Prosci ADKAR methodology.Develop high-quality documentation, process materials, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.Manage change impacts across a decentralized workforce with critical day jobs (e.g., frontline staff, nurses, field staff, operational roles).Design and oversee training plans suited for diverse, geographically spread groups with varying time and language constraints.Ensure hands-on training is incorporatednot only self-paced or online modules.Conduct stakeholder engagement, build relationships, and navigate existing internal conflicts with diplomacy.Guide Workday teams on best practices, challenges, and pivots needed during change adoption.Work with cross-functional teams to support knowledge transfer and operational readiness.Identify, onboard, and manage an onsite Training Facilitator when required.Required Experience & SkillsProsci-certified OCM practitioner with strong command of ADKAR.Minimum 810 years of Organizational Change Management experience.Experience working with large, distributed, and operationally critical workforce groups.Strong process-orientation, documentation discipline, and methodical execution.Experience with Salesforce is mustDemonstrated experience leading complex change programs in enterprise environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to create clarity, provide direction, and influence diverse stakeholder groups.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting industries with frontline or mission-critical roles (healthcare, utilities, aviation, insurance, public sector, etc.).Experience designing and delivering change programs across multiple geographic locations.Experience partnering with Program Directors, COOs, and cross-functional leadership teams.
