Typical Day in Role Registration Solutions - Developing and managing online event registration, event websites, event apps and surveys. - Quality assuring assets for teammates before deploying. - Building and distributing event communications, including invites, reminders, and confirmations. - Ensuring data integrity within projects and while creating and delivering reports. - Monitoring & managing the Client Events inbox and promptly responding to inquiries. Event Operations - Intermittently coordinating the purchase and shipment of event supplies and promotional items. - Drafting and circulating meeting minutes, as required. - Ordering and organizing event collateral, including name badges, table cards, event briefs, etc. - Occasionally assisting with event set up, onsite execution, and tear down. - Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader client relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Champion a high-performance environment and demonstrate a commitment to client's values: accountability, passion, integrity, and respect. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills - 1-2 years of experience in supporting events and building registration activities for large organizations - 1-2 years of experience utilizing registrations tools such as Stova, Cvent or other Registration platforms Nice-To-Have Skills - Knowledge in CSS and HTML, preferred. - Communicating in French and/or Spanish is an asset. Soft Skills Required - Good Relationship Management skills - Good communication and problem-solving skills.
