Hushmail Demand Generation Manager Jasper Alberta Remote Hushmail Canada offers a fulltime role for a Demand Generation Manager. Compensation bundles a base salary of CA$90,000CA$120,000 plus a performance bonus. About Us Hushmail is a longestablished SaaS company that provides encrypted email and secure web forms, primarily serving solo and small healthcare practices. Known for simplicity, privacy, and compliance, we support tens of thousands of customers in the U.S. and Canada, especially in the mental health space. Role Overview Youll work alongside the Marketing Manager, the Sales Team, and our contractors and agency partners. Your mission is to generate a steady, scalable stream of marketing qualified leads and freetrial signups that convert into paying customers. Youll design, execute, and optimise campaigns, experiment, and deliver results. This highimpact, metricsdriven role reports directly to Chris Garrett, Chief Revenue Officer. Responsibilities - Create leadgenerating content assets (gated content, webinars, ads, lead magnets). - Design and execute leadgeneration campaigns (Switch campaigns, competitor campaigns, website tactics such as quizzes and calculators). - Manage and scale paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc). - Engage potential customers through social media and communities (Reddit, Facebook Groups, etc). - Attend and exhibit at healthcare conferences (if youre NorthAmerica based). - Run affiliate and referral programs and build partner relationships. Qualifications - Driven and resultsoriented with a record of accounting for a meaningful marketing or revenue metric. - Examples of building and running successful marketing campaigns that achieved meaningful results. - Understanding of SaaS concepts and fluent communication of SaaS metrics. - Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role in a SaaS company at growth phase ($3m$10m ARR). - Highvolume, lowACV gotomarket motion experience. - Small but mighty marketing function experience (one marketing manager and many contractors). - Creative thinker with a history of executing creative campaigns. - Fluent in using AI tools and latest tactics to accelerate marketing campaigns.
