Position Summary To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion. What you'll do - Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. - Assists in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team. - Assess the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action. - Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities. - Support with scheduling as needed. - Review, followup and action any opportunities on key OMNI metrics Presubs, FTPR, CSAT etc. - Participate in the training and development of the OMNI Associates, and provide feedback as needed. - Contribute to a safe, clean and hazardfree work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including the completion of Spark App Checklists and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.85. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
