Overview / ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager IV is responsible for leading risk management activities across a portfolio of projects. Key duties include risk identification, assessment, response planning, monitoring, and control. The role focuses on enabling timely, risk-based decision-making and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate early risk and opportunity identification, assessment, and response planning sessions to support project planning.Lead the development of risk management templates, workflows, and execution strategies.Monitor risk response progress and address emerging risks.Develop schedule risk models and evaluate confidence levels in meeting In-Service Dates.Collaborate with project teams to support risk-based decision-making and problem-solving.Maintain and update the risk register; prepare risk reports as required.Conduct continuous cost and schedule reviews and analyze impacts of project changes.Lead constructability review sessions.Support contingency estimation and calibration for all projects.Conduct lessons-learned reviews, issue resolution, and trend analysis; ensure timely communication of findings across project teams.Skill Requirements8–12 years of relevant experience in project management, risk management, or related fields.Strong understanding of project risk management methodologies and tools.Experience with schedule risk modeling and analysis.Proven ability to drive corrective action and facilitate decision-making.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel to project sites (10%).#D480
