Reporting to the Board of Directors, you’ll lead business development initiatives, oversee structural design projects from concept to completion, and build a high-performing team. This is a leadership role where you’ll collaborate with project managers and associates to deliver exceptional results while driving strategic growth for the structural engineering practice.What You’ll Need to SucceedMinimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and leadershipProven track record in business development, relationship management, and revenue growthBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural EngineeringRegistered with or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric mindsetDemonstrated leadership and project management abilitiesProficiency in building codes and structural analysis/design software (S-Frame, ETABS, spSlab)Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicleWhat You’ll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary: $150,000 – $175,000 plus profit-sharing bonusesOpportunities for professional development and eventual share ownershipA collaborative, supportive team culture with monthly social eventsWork on impactful projects with leading clients and contractorsComprehensive benefits package and twice-yearly profit sharing
