RQ00463 - Enterprise digital Operations Consultant - Intermediate-Remote Shortlist Date: 2025-12-16, 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the role is to enable secure, compliant, and reliable use of Microsoft 365 across Public Health Ontario, so staff can communicate, collaborate, and deliver services effectively, while reducing cyber risk and meeting privacy and regulatory obligations. This position would be the administrator / tenant-level custodian of core M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint Management, Purview) and the identity plane in Microsoft Entra Must Haves: 4+ years experience User & Identity Management (Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Privileged Identity Management). 4+ years experience Security & Compliance (Date Loss Prevention & Cyber Security Education / Experience) as well as monitoring and respond to security incidents and breaches, manage email flow, spam filtering, and phishing protection. 4+ years experience Service Administration on M365 Core Services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams & OneDrive) as well as monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues while oversee migrations, integrations, and rollout of new features with minimal disruption. 4+ years experience Device & Endpoint Management (Intune for device management & package deployment, enforce mobile device security policies and monitor compliance and apply updates and patches) 4+ years experience Documentation & Training (Comprehensive documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures as well as develop and deliver training and awareness programs for end-users) 4+ years experience Continuous Improvement (Identify areas for efficiency gains and automation as well as stay updated on M365 platform advancements and industry trends) 4+ years experience PowerShell Programming 4+ years experience Windows 11 & M365 Administration Start Date 2026-01-05 End Date 2026-03-31 Business Days 62.00 Specialized IT Consultant - Intermediate Location 661 University Ave, Suite 1701, Toronto, ON M5G 1M1
