This role ensures timely resolution of incidents and service requests, supports ITIL-aligned processes, and delivers an outstanding customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and resolve Level 12 incidents and service requests via phone, ticketing system, and on-site visits.Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and basic networking.Assist with change implementation, problem investigations, and asset/configuration management.Maintain accurate documentation in the ticketing system and ensure SLA compliance.Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and deliver user training when needed.Support proactive maintenance and service improvement initiatives.Collaborate with the Service Desk Team Lead for escalations and resource coordination.Adhere to NUMENTIS standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements.QualificationsCollege diploma or higher in IT or related field desirable.
