Responsibilities Maintain accurate daily balancing and postings for all departments. Perform POS balancing and finalize departmental balances. Manage room and restaurant reservations during night hours. Provide personalized guest services and respond to guest needs as required. Carry out additional duties of a Guest Services Representative during the night shift. Assist at the Reception desk as needed. Handle cash preparations for employees. Implement emergency procedures when necessary. Requirements Excellent math skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and make sound decisions. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and general accounting principles. Possess a positive and professional attitude.
