To support our growth, we are searching for an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to join us. As part of a growing and well-respected team, you''ll work with clients in the public, healthcare, and private sectors. You''ll collaborate with a seasoned team of professionals with backgrounds in project management, change management, service design, risk management and technology, and ''lived'' experience, who have your back and value your contributions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you''ll bring a broad set of skills, knowledge and experience in business analysis. You''ll work with other Mara team members to lead and support our clients and partners in a wide range of challenging and exciting digital health, government and business transformation initiatives as they introduce new technologies and business solutions. You''ll have exceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate and apply appropriate business analysis techniques clearly, in a way that adds value to our clients. As a self-starter who is detail-oriented and flexible, you will take on various types of projects based on the priorities of the firm and our clients. We recognize the value of diverse backgrounds and experiences and encourage applicants to consider how they might align with these desirable characteristics: A bachelor''s degree or equivalent formal education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Service Design. A minimum of 7 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-stakeholder organizational environment. Demonstrated experience working with technical and business subject matter experts; Experience in delivering solutions and services following agile methodologies and delivering data-centric solutions and services. Proven ability in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. An understanding of human-centred design and digital service delivery. Assets: o Experience in the public and/or healthcare sectors. CAP, IIBA) in business analysis. o Experience working with ERP based transformations.
