Your new role This is a full-time Technical Process Specialist in a mining role located in Alberta with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Process Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting process issues, quality control, process engineering, and conducting preventive maintenance with a strong focus on grinding and flotation. Additional responsibilities include providing training to team members to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. What you''ll need to succeed Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance Excellent skills and knowledge in Metallurgy Expertise in Quality Control and Process Engineering Experience in providing training to teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor''s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering or related field Experience in mining applications is an asset.
