We are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new automotive accessories across new categories. This role will guide product development from concept to launch. The Product Development Manager is to lead our dynamic product team drive product innovation across new categories. This role will guide product development from concept to launch from category analysis, ideation, design direction, prototyping, costing, and coordination with manufacturing. An opportunity to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to build best-in-class automotive products that enhance the TuxMat brand. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver on launch goals Work with manufacturing partners to ensure feasibility, quality, and scalability Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement 5+ years of experience in product development, product management, or industrial design, ideally in automotive accessories or consumer products ~ Proficiency in CAD design tools or ability to work closely with design teams. ~ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time. ~ Passion for cars, product design, and building tangible products ~ High proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume, a cover letter detailing their relevant experience, and any pertinent portfolio materials.
