We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Part-Time Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in food preparation and a passion for working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing and cooking menu items Make fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, and subs to order Support daily food prep, kitchen setup, and organization Confidently handle, cut, cook, and serve various types of meat Maintain cleanliness by washing and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed Help keep the kitchen clean, orderly, and running smoothly Qualifications Valid Food Handler Certificate (required at the interview) Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment is an asset Comfortable working with all types of meat Able to work independently as well as part of a team Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills Work Environment & Schedule Part-time position Fast-paced and team-focused kitchen environment Shifts may include mornings, evenings, and weekends Job Type: Part-time Work Location: In person
