Localisation : Remote, Canada Dpartement : Assurance Collective Solutions d''Affaires Poste : Business Architect Description de la mission En tant que Business Architect Assurance Collective & Interface Fournisseur de Logiciels , vous serez le point de contact principal entre l''quipe Business Specialist Services (BSS) et le fournisseur de logiciels responsable du dveloppement de la plateforme canadienne de gestion de l''assurance collective. Votre mission consiste garantir une comprhension commune des besoins d''affaires et des contraintes techniques, traduire les exigences en spcifications exploitables, et soutenir la russite du projet d''implantation. Rsum du rle Vous jouez un rle central entre les quipes d''affaires et technologiques. Vous veillez ce que les besoins soient correctement collects, clarifis, prioriss et traduits en fonctionnalits produit ou rgles de configuration. Vous contribuez activement la feuille de route d''implmentation et assurez l''alignement, la cohrence et la qualit des livrables. Responsabilits principales Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins d''affaires auprs de l''quipe BSS. Traduire les besoins en spcifications claires et oprationnelles pour le Product Manager et les quipes du fournisseur de logiciels. Distinguer les exigences core du produit des lments de configuration . Simplifier les lments techniques complexes et communiquer clairement leur valeur d''affaires. Contribuer l''laboration du plan d''implantation : dveloppement produit, configuration, tests, gestion des dpendances. Participer aux ateliers de conception, sances de raffinement et rencontres de suivi avec les quipes internes et le fournisseur. Assurer la cohrence des livrables, le respect des standards organisationnels et l''alignement avec les objectifs stratgiques. Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes (affaires, TI, fournisseur). Identifier, documenter et grer les impacts, risques et dpendances lis au projet. Profil recherch Comptences & qualifications Exprience significative en architecture d''affaires ou en analyse d''affaires avance , idalement dans le secteur de l''assurance collective. Excellentes comptences en communication et en vulgarisation (crit et oral). Matrise des mthodologies Agiles et des outils de gestion de backlog (ex. : Jira). Capacit voluer dans des environnements complexes et grer plusieurs priorits simultanment. Excellente matrise du franais et de l''anglais, l''oral comme l''crit, avec une participation active des runions, confrences, formations et projets mens en anglais. Profil souhait Leadership collaboratif et pense stratgique. Capacit influencer et rallier les parties prenantes internes et externes. Your mission is to ensure a shared understanding of business needs and technical constraints, translate requirements into actionable specifications, and support the successful delivery of the implementation project. Role Summary You serve as the central bridge between business and technology teams. You ensure that requirements are accurately captured, clarified, prioritized, and translated into product features or configuration rules. You actively contribute to the implementation roadmap and help guarantee alignment, quality, and coherence across all deliverables. Main Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from the BSS team. Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the Product Manager and software vendor teams. Distinguish between core product requirements and configuration elements . Simplify complex technical elements and clearly communicate the business value behind them. Contribute to building the implementation plan: product development, configuration, testing, and dependency management. Participate in design workshops, refinement sessions, and follow-up meetings with internal and vendor teams. Ensure consistency of deliverables, adherence to standards, and alignment with strategic objectives. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (business, IT, vendor). Identify, document, and manage project impacts, risks, and dependencies. Profile Requirements Skills & Qualifications Significant experience in business architecture or advanced business analysis , ideally in group insurance . Strong communication and synthesis skills (written and verbal). Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira). Proven ability to operate in complex environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, with active participation in meetings, conferences, training sessions, and projects conducted in English.
