Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office (Saturday-Wednesday) About the Company Our client is a well-established organization with over 25 years in a secure, stable, and consistently busy industry. They value professionalism, clear communication, and a welcoming presence for their customers. About the Role We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is 100% in-office and requires someone who is reliable, organized, and confident in a customer-facing position. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in person and over the phone Respond to inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members Perform basic administrative tasks and support office operations Maintain a tidy, professional reception area Use MS Office applications to complete daily tasks Requirements Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Good computer skills, including MS Office Professional, presentable demeanor Reception or administrative experience is an asset but not required Ability to work Saturday-Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)
