Technical Leadership: Work in close collaboration with the System Analyst on architecture/design. Offer technical leadership and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Oversee technical architecture and design activities, maintaining a balance between client requirements, design purity, and adherence to enterprise standards. Lead, manage, and coach development teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Develop and enforce coding standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that meets business needs. Provide guidance to development and support teams, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Technical Skills: Proven ability in both front-end and backend development, creating responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular, building scalable services, and APIs for comprehensive client and server integration. Expertise in deploying and managing applications in both cloud and on-prem environments, optimizing architecture for high reliability and peak application performance. Extensive expertise in RedHat EAP application server, Java Enterprise application development, and java-based technologies including EJB, Struts 1, SpringMVC, Spring Webflow, Spring Boot, and Quarkus. Proficient in designing and documenting RESTful APIs using OpenAPI and TMF OpenAPI specs, ensuring compliance with industry standards. In-depth knowledge in secure coding practices, understanding security vulnerabilities, and employing best practices for risk mitigation. Extensive expertise in containerization and orchestration with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture for streamlined application deployment. Expertise in CI/CD automation with tools such as GitLab CI, Helm, and Ansible for improved development and deployment workflows. Telecommunications Domain Expertise: Expertise in retail portal, ordering system, billing system, contract management system integration.
