Position Overview: The Supply Chain Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels by conducting regular inventory counts and assisting with stock reconciliation tasks. This position ensures the warehouse operates efficiently by identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and contributing to an organized and reliable inventory system. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled inventory counts, verifying quantities and recording any variances. Operate Standing Reach Forklift and Cherry Picker Investigate and help resolve issues such as missing items or stock discrepancies. Maintain clean, organized storage areas with accurate labels and visible product placement. Support other warehouse and inventory-related duties as required. Skills & Qualifications: Comfortable performing basic math and data entry Able to read and communicate clearly in English Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic computer tasks (Excel, email, etc.) Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required Must have a Reach Forklift License (standing reach) and Cherry Picker Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs independently Willingness to follow established routines and procedures with consistency
