Your new role Manage the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Produce detailed structural designs and drawings using appropriate software, while reviewing and approving technical phases for compliance with industry standards. Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve structural-related conflicts. Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, high service quality, and identifying opportunities for new business development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff, supporting their professional growth and project contributions. Participate in site visits, client meetings, and presentations, while staying current with technological advancements in structural engineering.
