We offer programming for founders who are just learning about entrepreneurship to scaling Canada''s up and coming all star companies. It is a co-working environment designed to support collaboration, productivity, and founder growth, and it also hosts occasional programming and community gatherings. The Role We''re looking for a Program & Community Coordinator who''s excited to support founders, keep programs running smoothly, and help build an engaged, thriving community. This role is perfect for someone who loves startups, learns quickly, and isn''t afraid to wear many hats. You''ll work across LOI''s acceleration programs and support community operations virtually, as well as at North House. What You''ll Do Help run LOI''s flagship virtual programs (E101, Labs, Boost) supporting the planning, execution, and debrief of sessions that feature world-class founders and operators. You''ll often coordinate directly with speakers like Ryan Holmes, Brian Scudamore, Tara Bosch , and other top leaders in the Canadian startup ecosystem. Manage key administrative and communication tasks including speaker and founder emails, calendar invites, scheduling, and keeping founders informed, prepared, and accountable (attendance, surveys, next steps). Engage with our founder community through onboarding calls, Slack updates, venture package coordination, and sharing relevant resources and opportunities. Support North House operations (if based in Vancouver) helping run the day-to-day of the space, greeting founders, coordinating events, and contributing to the energy and culture of the community. Keep program materials, databases, and schedules organized and up to date , ensuring a smooth experience for founders and speakers. Grow into a facilitation role by gradually learning how to lead program sessions, with the goal of eventually taking on a more visible role in program delivery. Collaborate with the LOI team and jump in wherever needed this is a true startup-paced, community-driven environment where everyone contributes.
