HR Generalist Calgary, AB Full time, on site Compensation: 65,000 to 85,000 base salary plus benefits Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily people operations within a busy, forward facing environment. This on site role works closely with employees, supervisors, and management to provide consistent HR guidance and ensure a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact for employees and leaders across the facility Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Administer benefits, attendance management, performance processes, and general HR programs Assist with employee relations by gathering information, documenting matters, and supporting issue resolution Maintain accurate HR records and prepare routine reporting Support training coordination, health and safety requirements, and compliance activities Participate in policy updates, engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement projects Provide day to day HR guidance based on strong knowledge of employment legislation Qualifications 2 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in an operations or front line environment Deep working knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and related regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, forward facing style Proven ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities Education in Human Resources or related field, CHRP designation considered an asset Compensation and Benefits Base salary between 65,000 and 85,000 based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, people focused environment
