About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Pointe-Claire location. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Handle logistics receiving: sign for deliveries, move items to storage, and update records in the system Manage documentation and data entry for incoming/outgoing packages Take packages from security, scan parts, and prepare items for orders Support various internal teams with logistics and order coordination Ensure proper labeling, storage, and movement of materials Maintain accuracy in all updates, logs, and inventory systems Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: 0-1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Ability to handle packages, parcels, and basic order-packing tasks Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, and general data entry Experience with receiving, scanning, or handling packages (even academic or internship experience is okay) Strong attention to detail and reliability Nice-to-Have Prior warehouse experience. Retail experience (store operations, stockroom, inventory handling) Knowledge of logistics tools, scanners, or warehouse systems
