ICON is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager (Remote in Eastern or Central Canada) Direct hire, fully remote, no travel with pay Canada up to $150k This position requires at least 5 years clinical experience with at least 3 years as a strong clinical trial manager including following Monitoring Plans, Reviewing Site Reports (trip reports), CRA and Site operational oversite and training. What you will be doing In charge of the clinical trial from start up to database lock including trial deliverable, trial budget, vendor management, along with vendor and site oversite and training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Analyzing and interpreting clinical trial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize study outcomes. Proactively addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes. Your profile Must have experience following Monitoring Plans, Reviewing Site Reports (trip reports), CRA and Site operational oversite and training Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trial management. Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
