In This Role, You Will: Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams overseeing complex projects across our Corporate Systems landscape. This is a pivotal role that will drive project-level strategy, effective cross departmental communication, and delivery excellence for high-impact initiatives spanning Salesforce, ERP, BI & Analytics, Data Warehousing, and automation solutions. - Responsible for successful completion of all assigned projects. This includes ensuring project goals, objectives, defined KPIs and business outcome value is successfully delivered to Portfolio Management standards. - Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS or ERP solutions within Enterprise IT environments. - Develop and manage charters, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for IT software deployments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT operations, vendors, and end users, to ensure successful project delivery. - Oversee change management, user training, and post-implementation support across Cvent business and technology teams to drive adoption and maximize ROI. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. - Report on project status, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and other stakeholders. - Assist in the leadership role for all aspects of project management as it relates to mentorship, training and giving feedback to improve project management processes & practices to Cvent IT project processes, leaders & teams. Here's What You Need: - 5+ years proven experience in IT project management in large-scale IT transformation or digital adoption initiatives, with a focus on leading SaaS or ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management or relevant industry experience in Project Management or project coordination within a technology environment. - Strong understanding of IT operations, business process mapping, and enterprise software deployment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external implementation partners. - Great leadership, project management expertise, and organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. - PMI CAPM or PMP certification, or relevant equivalent or a willingness to obtain is considered an asset. - Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is considered an asset. - Knowledge of Organizational People Change Management is considered an asset - Staying current with AI advancements through self-driven learning is preferred Hybrid: 2 days in office We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position Physical Demands #J-18808-Ljbffr
