What Youll Do - Architecture & Build: Design, develop and maintain scalable full stack features using modern technologies (Node.js, React.js, AWS) - Lead & Mentor: Drive technical direction, support your teammates, and foster best practices in architecture, testing, and development. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features iteratively. - Ensure Quality & Security: Maintain high standards for code quality, and security across the stack. Minimum Qualifications - 7+ years building and scaling cloud-native applications. - Expertise in modern full-stack development, including deep proficiency with Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB). - Strong track record of leading end-to-end technical projects, including cross-functional collaboration, roadmap ownership, and mentoring engineers across levels. - Mindset: Product-focused with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement. - Security Awareness: Advanced understanding of secure coding and cloud security best practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with AWS CDK, event-driven architecture. - Experience working in cybersecurity or high-scale environments.
