Hiring: Senior Civil Engineer Infrastructure Projects Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, London, Hamilton Hybrid/Remote Options Available) $110K$150K+ (depending on experience) Ontarios infrastructure sector is booming and were representing multiple clients seeking Senior Civil Engineers to help deliver critical municipal and transportation projects. This is your opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping the future of roads, bridges, water systems, and community infrastructure across Ontario. What Youll Do: Lead the design & execution of municipal and transportation infrastructure projects Oversee civil designs for grading, stormwater, watermains, sanitary, and roadway systems Manage multi-disciplinary project teams & coordinate with contractors, municipalities, and agencies Serve as the Engineer of Record on major works Mentor junior engineers & provide senior technical oversight Engage directly with clients on proposals, planning, and project delivery What Were Looking For: Licensed P.Eng. in Ontario (or eligible) 10+ years in civil engineering with strong infrastructure focus Proficiency with Civil 3D and design standards for municipal/transportation projects Proven leadership, mentorship, and client-facing skills Whats Offered: Competitive salary $110K$150K+ plus bonus & profit-sharing Comprehensive benefits & RRSP matching Flexible hybrid/remote work options Clear leadership pathway to Principal or Department Head roles If youre a Senior Civil Engineer passionate about infrastructure and ready to make an impact, lets connect.
