Create tools, playbooks, and templates that make LR accessible and actionable. **Qualifications** **What We''''re Looking For** Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business or relevant field.. 5+ years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience. Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
