Act as lead spokesperson in negotiations and provide trusted guidance to leaders. Manage the grievance program with precision and efficiency. Create tools, playbooks, and templates that make LR accessible and actionable. **Qualifications** **What We''''re Looking For** Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business or relevant field.. 5+ years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience. Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
