Role Security Consultant Work location Mississauga ( L4W 5S7) Contract Contract Job Description Required Skills (3 at most): Experience with SAP security for SAP application ECC, GRC, PI/PO, Solution Manager Strong knowledge on different user and roles type, SAP Authorization concept, Roles/Activity groups and User administration on SAP applications. Assess the existing roles/profiles and adjust them accordingly based on the business requirement. Adjust roles based on the company code changes and testing them. User creation, role provisioning and adjustment activity incompliance with the security policies. Responsible for day to day technical support and resolution of security issues, troubleshooting SAP security problems including approval procedures and all necessary compliance. Role Responsibilities Translate functional specifications into SAP role design Work collaboratively with the SAP Technical, Functional, Data teams and endusers from the business and management team on projects, risks and issues. This will be a client facing role, effective articulation is needed for status updates, roadblocks and mitigations. Independent, proactive and tactical approach required to understand and translate project plans into deliverables. Support enduser Acceptance Testing/Regression testing. Support/Lead various projects in regards to SAP role design, modification and maintenance. Coordinate with functional/ABAP team. Effectively explain, rationalize and justify technical requirements and best practices to key client stakeholders. Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them to a comprehensive technical solution. Determine the size and scope for an effective SAP implementation from a technology standpoint. Advise on SAP technical workflow and leading practices. Ability to manage project requirements and communicate to workstream leads or stakeholders on security issues. Ability to lead onshore/offshore team.
