Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing Candidates:Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, Job fair, campus Hire) to identify and attract potential candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Assessment and Selection:Administer assessments and coordinate feedback from interviewers.Assist in making selection decisions based on candidate evaluations.Offer Management:Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely communication with candidates.Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.Onboarding:Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.Provide necessary information and support to new employees during their transition.Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and create effective job descriptions.Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Analyze hiring data to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in an end-to-end capacity.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Requirements:At least 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience IT Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years hiring for full-time roles across applications and digital skills.Strong talent sourcing skills through job boards, LinkedIn and social networksExperience working with Application Tracking SystemKnowledge of digital and application technologies/ IT Skill landscapeMust - Bilingual -French and EnglishA passion for finding, assessing and recruiting the best talent, with deep expertise in understanding local talent markets and translating this insight into appropriate and effective talent sourcing strategies and methods
