About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead and manage enterprise-level projects for our client, Manitoba Public Insurance . The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery within Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for Dynamics 365 implementation and related initiatives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA teams. Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on ERP/CRM systems. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or Customer Engagement modules preferred). Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Experience working with public sector clients is an asset.
