Overview Organization: Non-Profit Organization within the Interior Design industry Position Type: Part-time (25 hours/week) Responsibilities - Administration: Facilitate information flow, prepare correspondence, coordinate departments, and manage the annual calendar. - Governance: Organize board meetings, maintain governance documents, and support the Annual General Meeting. - Financial Management: Oversee partnership agreements, support the Annual Audit, prepare financial statements, and assist with budget development. - Membership: Handle membership correspondence, update records, manage renewals, track continuing education credits, and coordinate meetings. - Communications: Update the website, manage social media, format newsletters, and distribute award information. - Events: Drive educational programming, oversee logistics, manage budgets, and support event execution.
