Lead OneStream AdminOverviewHenderson Drake is partnering with a global organisation to appoint a Lead OneStream Administrator responsible for overseeing the technical development, optimisation, and ongoing support of the OneStream platform. This role spans end-to-end solution delivery, covering design, build, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement across key financial modules.The position is Toronto-based within a hybrid working model and reports to the OneStream Platform Owner.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution DevelopmentLead configuration and enhancement of OneStream components, including dashboards, forms, cube views, workflows, and business rules.Build modular code using VB.NET or C# and leverage OneStream extensibility frameworks.Ensure clean coding standards, documentation, and consistent use of version control.Lifecycle & Release ManagementDrive requirements gathering, estimation, and sprint planning.Conduct technical design reviews, peer code reviews, and testing cycles.Manage environment migrations and support deployment activities across Dev, SIT, and UAT.Integrations & Platform OperationsMaintain and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, MDM, and related systems.Optimise Data Management jobs, mappings, and automation routines.Uphold data governance, security, and compliance standards.Technical Strategy & CollaborationTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Recommend improvements to performance, structure, and usability.Produce technical documentation and support internal knowledge-sharing.Skills & Experience35+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience.Strong VB.NET or C# programming skills.Solid understanding of financial processes (consolidation, planning, forecasting, allocations).Experience with metadata design, Data Management, and OneStream extensibility.Familiarity with Agile practices and standard SDLC methodology.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.Why Apply?If you're looking to join a business where you can make a real impact without sacrificing balance, development, or earnings this is one of the most compelling opportunities on the Canadian market today.Apply Through Henderson DrakeAs a specialist CPM recruitment partner, well guide you through each step of the process with full discretion and insight.
