**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will handle inventory management, ensure the warehouse is organized and tidy, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. **Responsibilities** Unload and receive inventory from delivery trucks, verifying shipments against invoices. Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues. Organize and store new stock in its correct location within the warehouse. Maintain the physical order and tidiness of the warehouse. Pick items for customer orders and pack them securely for shipment. Label packages correctly and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. Prepare orders for dispatch, including wrapping and loading them onto pallets. Use RF guns to process orders accurately and efficiently. Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Update inventory logs and reports as needed. Operate pallet jacks and pump trucks to move materials. Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate safety gear. Keep the warehouse clean by sweeping and mopping, and remove any safety hazards. Assist with other tasks, such as photo production, clerical assignments, or helping with customer inquiries. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to complete team goals. **Essential Skills** 1+ year of warehouse experience. Comfortable lifting 20-25 lbs consistently, up to 50 lbs. Manual picking experience. Basic warehouse skills, including using a pump truck, tape gun, and box knife. Ability to read assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Proactive work ethic and good personality.
