This is a hands-on leadership role where youu2019ll oversee crews, ensure quality and safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. If youu2019re a Journeyman with proven supervisory experience and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want you on our team. **Key Responsibilities** **Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices** on-site, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship. Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide installations. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used. **What Weu2019re Looking For** **Journeyman Electrician certification** (Red Seal preferred). Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in commercial or light industrial projects. Strong knowledge of conduit bending, wiring, and electrical systems. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid driveru2019s license and reliable transportation. **Bonus Skills:** Experience with EV infrastructure and tenant improvements.
