Experience managing projects in a leadership role.Responsibilities: Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high-risk projects for Ontario Health initiatives. Gathers and develops requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan. Develops and presents material both internally and to external stakeholders on Health Human Resources (HHR) programs using excellent written, verbal, and graphical communications skills, with ability to express complex concepts effectively. Communicates with external stakeholders about project participation, advises on guidelines and eligibility criteria, and works collaboratively with the project team to ensure a smooth stakeholder experience. Oversee operational tasks and workflow for assigned health workforce projects and initiatives. Demonstrates exceptional tactical and critical strategic thinking to keep projects effective and impactful when faced with changing circumstances, such as program priority or funding changes.
