Chef de projet Notre client est une entreprise spcialise dans la conception, la fabrication et l''installation de mtaux ouvrs et d''acier de structure pour l''industrie de la construction. Nous recrutons un(e) Chef de projet (PM) pour rejoindre une quipe hautement exprimente. Poste : Temps plein, permanent Mode : Sur site Salaire : Selon l''exprience (jusqu'' 90 000 $ ) RESPONSABILITS La personne retenue travaillera directement avec l''quipe de direction sur la circulation de l''information l''interne, vers le client et les sous-traitants. Le/la PM doit tre un(e) joueur/joueuse d''quipe trs motiv(e), ax(e) sur les rsultats, prt(e) consacrer le temps et l''attention ncessaires pour assurer la russite des projets. Responsabilits principales : Grer l''ensemble des fonctions et tapes du cycle de vie du projet . Coordonner avec les responsables de production pour les dessins d''atelier et la fabrication. Coordonner avec l''acheteur pour l''achat de tous les matriaux. Coordonner avec le/la gestionnaire de bureau pour toute la documentation contractuelle et de projet. Coordonner toutes les interactions avec les PM et contrematres de l''entrepreneur gnral. Coordonner l''installation et veiller au respect des chanciers. COMPTENCES Le/la candidat(e) doit possder : Une excellente comprhension de l'' industrie de la construction et de la gestion de projet , ainsi qu''une excellente comprhension des projets en mtaux ouvrs et en acier de structure . La capacit de lire, comprendre et interprter les plans architecturaux et structuraux afin d''effectuer les quantitatifs , les estimations et de prparer les dessins d''atelier . Une solide comprhension des mthodes, pratiques et matriaux actuels en construction. La connaissance des codes et normes applicables l''acier de structure et aux mtaux ouvrs. Une connaissance fonctionnelle d'' AutoCAD (atout). Une connaissance des outils Microsoft Office . PROFIL Le/la candidat(e) doit : Avoir d'' excellentes comptences en communication . tre bilingue franais/anglais . Avoir d'' excellentes aptitudes de planification et d''organisation . tre hautement motiv(e) , proactif(ve) et prt(e) relever de nouveaux dfis. Avoir une exprience directe en gestion de projets de mtaux ouvrs et d''acier de structure, soit chez un sous-traitant spcialis, soit chez un entrepreneur gnral. FORMATION / EXPRIENCE Formation universitaire (baccalaurat) prfre . Une formation postsecondaire combine une exprience directe du secteur sera considre. Minimum de 5 ans d''exprience dans l''industrie de la construction. We are hiring a Project Manager (PM) to join its deeply experienced team. Full time, permanent On-site Salary is offered based on experience( up to $90K). RESPONSIBILLITIES The candidate will work directly with the management team on the flow of information internally, to the client, and to subcontractors. The PM must be a highly motivated team player and goal-oriented individual that is willing to put the time and attention required to ensure the success of the projects. Primary responsibilities include: - Manage all functions and steps of the project life cycle. - Coordinating with the Production Managers for all shop drawings and fabrication. - Coordinate with the buyer for the purchase of all materials. - Coordinating with the Office Manager for all contract and project documentation. - Coordinating all interactions with the General Contractor''s PM''s and foremen. - Coordinating installation and ensuring that projects are completed on time. SKILLS The candidate must have: - An excellent understanding of the construction industry and project management. an excellent understanding of miscellaneous metal and structural steel projects. - The ability to read, understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings to perform material take-off, estimation and prepare shop drawings. - Proficient understanding of current practices, methods and materials in construction. - Knowledge of building codes and standards in structural steel and miscellaneous metals. - Working knowledge and ability to understand AUTOCAD an asset. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. PROFILE The candidate must: - Have excellent communication skills. -Bilingual French/English. - Have excellent planning and organizational skills. - Be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges. - Have direct experience managing miscellaneous metals and structural steel projects either with the specialized sub-trade or with the general contractor. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Preferred education at the bachelor level. Post secondary education with direct industry experience is accepted. - Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry.
