What Youll Do - Lead Digital Growth Strategy Own the growth agenda across BlueCosmo and ZOLEOsetting strategy, quarterly and annual targets, and performance roadmaps. Define revenue, ROAS, CAC/LTV, and conversion goals; lead variance reviews and corrective actions. Shape paid media and attribution strategy while agencies manage daily execution. Govern lifecycle marketing and SEO/CRO priorities, guiding UX, merchandising, and loyalty initiatives. Embed AIpowered analytics, automation, and personalization to drive smarter decisions and faster execution. - Drive HighROI Acquisition & Retention Lead the integrated campaign calendar across paid, lifecycle, marketplaces, and partner programs.
